Read below for details of his racing history over the last 30 years or click here for complete bio and stats.
John Tomlinson has made some historic waves in the offshore powerboat racing sport and industry. While also running and co-owning the most highly recognized and decorated high-performance boating company, TNT Custom Marine, he is still the most decorated and skilled throttleman in the sport itself. He has reached speeds up to 208 mph and nothing seems to stop him. He continues to make world record attempts while competing in one of the world’s fastest sports.
His incredible career has lead to many opportunities including an appearance on the Today show, featuring the Bacardi Silver boat and was even a stunt double for Colin Farrell in Miami Vice movie, starring Farrell and Jamie Foxx. To date, he has made waves all over the world including the United Arab Emirates, Lake of the Ozarks, Key West, the Hudson River, and many more. To this day, Johnny still captivates and inspires those in the industry, pushing the limits and setting the bar for teams all over the world.
