The only thing better than winning a trophy is winning three.
Lake of the Ozarks Performance Boat Center/Jimmy John’s Freaky Fast team won first place in the 2016 35th Annual Super Boat International Offshore World Championships in the Superboat Class on Sunday, Nov. 13 in Key West, Fla.
Driver Myrick Coil and throttleman John Tomlinson drove the 38 ft. 388 Skater Catamaran, with twin sterling performance engines to the world championships. The exceptional team also won the National and Florida Circuit, giving them the Triple Crown Trophy in the SBI Superboat Class.
The team celebrated their win at the Key West parade, and most recently celebrated in Osage Beach, at the Grand Opening of their main sponsor, Jimmy John’s.
